Premier Pipeline Privacy Policy

Premier Pipeline ("we," "us," or "our") is a marketing services business based in South Jersey. We design websites and run Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising for local businesses and organizations, and we deliver the leads those ads generate to our business clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how our text messaging program works. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to provide our services.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Business client contact details (name, business name, email, and mobile phone number) when a business signs up for our services
• Lead information submitted by consumers through our clients' Facebook and Instagram ad forms, such as name, phone number, email, and details about the service they are requesting
• Basic usage and advertising performance data from the ad platforms we operate
• Details you send us through the forms on our website, such as your name, business name, phone number, email, and what you need help with
• Basic, aggregated statistics about visits to our website, such as which pages are viewed. We do not use these statistics to identify you.

We only collect this information when it is provided to us directly or through the advertising platforms we manage on our clients' behalf.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver new leads to our business clients so they can follow up promptly
• Operate, manage, and report on advertising campaigns
• Communicate with our business clients about their account and their leads
• Reply to inquiries and project requests sent through our website
• Meet our legal and contractual obligations

Website inquiries

When you send us a request through the "Start a project" form on our website, we use your details only to reply to you and talk about your project. Your request is delivered to us by email and by an internal notification through our automation and SMS tools. Submitting the form does not sign you up for text messages or marketing emails, and we do not sell or share these details with anyone for marketing.

SMS / text messaging program

Premier Pipeline sends SMS text notifications to our business clients (the business owners who hire us). When a consumer submits a lead form through one of our client's ads, we text that client the lead's details so they can call the customer back quickly.

Consent is separate and always optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is never required to hire Premier Pipeline, to sign our service agreement, or to use any of our services. Nothing in our contracts, onboarding paperwork or Terms of Service asks for or implies SMS consent, and a client can receive every one of their leads by email without ever opting in.

How business clients opt in: The only way to join is the standalone sign-up page at prempipeline.com/sms-optin.html, whose sole purpose is joining lead alerts. The client enters their own mobile number and ticks a consent box that starts out unticked. We keep a dated record of each opt-in.

How consumers opt in: Lead forms on our clients' Facebook and Instagram ads show an optional SMS consent checkbox that starts out unticked and is not required to submit. Leaving it unticked still submits the request. Only people who tick it receive a single reply text confirming the business has their request and will be in touch.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on how many leads a client's ads generate. A client may receive one text per new lead.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• The business client the lead belongs to, so they can respond to the customer's request
• Service providers that help us operate our business, such as the ad platforms (Meta), our workflow automation tools, our SMS provider (Twilio), and our email and spreadsheet tools, each used only to deliver our service
• Anyone we are required to share information with by law

As noted above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your information

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time. Business clients can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. To make any request, use the contact details below and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
